Current staples

    Notes

    • I have two main meals per day: brunch and dinner, along with various snacks in between.
    • I don't track calories, but I generally aim for a 50/25/25 ratio of protein/carbs/fat.
    • I rely on three oils: olive, avocado, and sesame (in order from most to least frequent).
    • I try to avoid butter, red meat, and heavily processed foods.
    • I try to limit outside meals to 2-3 per week.
